10 STARS . I read recent poor review and find it strange whilst recommending a n other agent. A friend maybe ? I have used 3 others and will not be returning to them. STUART CHARLES STAY OPEN LATE. Leanne did a viewing for me on a SUNDAY. She quickly found an ideal tenant for me . Fees are much more Competitive as are managing fees. I purchased 2 of my 3 rental properties from Stuart and will not be using anyone else. 20 years experience and motivated staff giving 100% and going above and beyond their remit I cannot rate them too highly.No wonder they are already expanding after being open for just a few months. Not only did Darryl go over and above what was expected of an Estate Agent he did it with amazing personality and a smile on his face. Absolutely AMAZING service from all the team at Stuart Charles. From the moment I walked through their doors and I was greeted with a huge smile from Leanne. Selling our house is a big move for personal, but she put me at ease. Stuart came out to value the property a few days later and he was extremely professional and nothing was rushed. He followed up with a phone call to ee how we were getting on and to put plans in place to come and take photos.
